Bit special… trees getting out of their coat??

One of these days, when we came back from the huge dogpark, we took another way… we often do. Mum says that this lady needs variation… I don’t know… Anyway, that time we had some variation, yes!! 🙂

We met trees… that is not special: this part of town is the green part of town, we have lots of trees here! But… these trees were getting out of their coat! And if you ask me, they had a bit of difficulties to do so. Yes, indeed, this friendly lady got them some help! 😉 I even barked at mum I needed more time when she said we should go home…
You know mum: stubborn as always: we went home! 😉 Trees are still trying to get out their coats, I think…

Back to ‘normal’?… Me? Hahaha!

So we went to the huge dogpark, a few mornings! Slowly bur surely, after the rain, the huge dogpark is becoming it’s huge self again…

So life goes back to normal, as humans say. Running and water-business are back! All friends are in the park again and… I even found a small ball! Later, I managed to steal a big ball from a German Shepherd! Yes, I did! You don’t believe me? See the pic!

But as often is the case, me and mum, we disagreed on the matter! I had to give it back! I did not want to! Foxy mum got the whistle and its language and a treat out of her bag… Stupid me!!! 😦  I left the ball where it was, nice and far away from mum and went to get the treat. Would get back to it later, of course! Got my treat, but… Well, I was put on the leash until the dad of the Sheperd picked up the big ball! This Shepherd has his dad well trained. 😉
But that dad was foxy too! He put the ball back in a big bag. Shepherd did not smile neither and he got no treat! Hahaha!

Who is the smartest in the end, you think? 😉 This lady says it is the one who got the treat! 🙂 Ball is gone anyway! 😉

A parcel, mum, a parcel!… For me!

Someone is ringing the doorbell. As grandpa Lennox was teaching me, I bark a few times! When mum says it’s allright, I stop it! 🙂 That’s this lady’s duty! 😉 Hey, it’s the building-lady bringing a parcel! I know her very well, she is my friend, she has doggies too! She says the parcel is for me!

Mum, a parcel for me, from New Zealand! What, I can not open it myself? To be sure I don’t do any dammage? Okay, okay, hurry! Oh, my dogness, mum, that’s cool! New collars and new leads! Oh mum, can I try them on? Yes, even fototoot. What do you say? Inside? It is raining too much to fototoot outside? Pfff, inside other humans and my friends can’t see me with them! Later? Okay, that’s fine. Let’s fototoot! I am beautiful now, am I not? With this wonderfull collars? Very lady-like! 🙂 ❤ We get all happy of these beautiful colours! ❤

Mum, listen, if I have to do all this bizar moves with my head to show the collars, I would like to get some treats! What? She says yes? Is she ill? Must be… I am a good girl, mum? Fine, she says! 🙂 Oh, and I suppose I cannot wear them to go to the huge dogpark to play with? 😦 No, I can’t, I knew it! 😦 I’ll wear them in the city? Okay! 🙂

Mum, and who made this beautifull collars and leashes? The mum of Tussock and Bracken? Waaauw! She is a great mum! You know, mum, I’ll always wear this beautiful collars in honour of Lady Tussock at the Rainbow Bridge. Maybe Tussock can explain at my grandpa Lennox over there that her mum made these beautiful collars and leads? ❤

Another new one… in the house!

These days our house is occupied by always new ‘members’. These days we have the visit of a special snail: a very big and coloured one. – I know, I only can see it is big! 😉 Mum made it appear although it took some time!
And this one is not going to stay as the elephant I cannot touch! Oh no, within a few weeks he will be moving to a very little human!

The very litlle human is born is June. He is the son of the “Eil@ndmeneer” and his wife. The Eil@ndmeneer is a colleague and friend of my librarymum. He is the one who learned us how to tell our stories here! Mum calls it blogging! I don’t know who is Blogging, I never met him, but anyway, I like the Eil@ndmeneer. He loves books too, just like my mum.
Look here if you want to meet him: https://everydayanairedale.com/2012/07/19/donderdag-stapdag/

And of course… the snail is NOT to be touched! 😦 High up somewhere untill he leaves! 🙂

PS The Eil@ndmeneer – who is not an Eil@ndmeneer anymore, he changed jobs – is telling stories too! https://mediaatelier.wordpress.com

Nice find… but no feast! :-(

This morning we were on the beach very early! But still we had to walk a long way before I could get of the leash… summertime, you know…

I was amusing myself in the running-business, up and down the waterline. Then I found something to play with, funny thing, made a bit noise too! Mum said something about irresponible humans and their garbage.
At one moment, I did get this special smell in my nose and off I went, mum and her explanations were not interesting! Yes: finding-business works today! Mum came to have a look and yelled that I had to drop it. 😦 No way, back in the running-business! My find!!! 😉

Ohoh, you don’t know my mum if you might think I got away with it! Whistle language! Okay, I come, but I bring my find with me. Mum is even more sly than a fox, my dogness! She did not say drop it! She said: sit. Okay, I’ll do that. 🙂  Stay? With my find? Okay. 🙂
Voilà, next moment I was on the leash. 😦

Los! (=Drop it)

What? She means it? I can’t run away anymore! Damnit, mum, that’s not fair! It’s mine, I found this good smelling thing! 😦 What is she saying? Not eat it? Okay, I can sniff at least? 😉 In the end it seemed not that good and I peed on it… no pic of that, of course! 😉

No more war!… Special visits today!

After a great run on the beach, me and mum and dad were going to the car! Today we visited Diksmuide! And another place too: called Vladslo. Think I’ll have to tell you a bit of history… So today I’m in the guide-business! hahaha! 🙂

Today’s visits weren’t that funny, really. Because we visited places which were very important in the Big War. The Big War in Belgium (and other parts of Europe), from 1914 till 1918. That’s hundred years ago and people do remember these years nowadays.
A little part of Belgium never was occupied because it was flooded, on purpose. But soldiers and people had a terrible life all that time. Thousands of soldiers of all nationalities died in that war. 😦 War is always a shame, so people did build buildings to remember us of that.

Pppfff, I could not enter the museum and the building, so me and mum we walked around and made pics while dad and the other mum and dad were visiting. (Mum visited before, you know!) We enjoyed our walk though! 🙂

In the afternoon we visited a cemetary: a very special one. With more than 25.000 German soldiers burried there. That made us feel a bit sad. 😦
There is a lot more to visit in this area, but we can’t do all in one day, dad says.

No more war! Oh yes, we do agree about that, all of us! Let’s hope for peace everywhere in the world… but mum says we aren’t that far yet! 😦 Will that happen soon, mum?

New one in the house!… An elephant! :-)

Sometimes, my mum, she really could be in a fairytale! Out of the blue, other animals appear in the house.
Mum goes to this special shop and she comes home with very long, very long – really hundreds of meters of  wire! The wire seems to be a ball, but I can’t play with it, oh no! Mum also has an iron little thing with a hook! She sits on the couch for long times and then… “hocus pocus paks”, there it is! ❤

One day, no monkey in the house, a week later, there it is! Same thing with the polar bear! And the cow who livesin France now! And then came the snowman, in the middle of summer! Go figure!

Okay for the monkey and the bear and even the cow (she left, that’s okay!)… but since yesterday, there is an elephant living in our apartment! My dogness, what an idea! And I even can not play with the beast! Too dangerous, mum says! Hahahahaha! For the elephant, she says! 😉

Fototoot! Hey, mum, normally I am your model! 😉

Less naughty… more fun!

Today, I did not try something naughty, I was thinking about it, but I got no opportunities… 😦
But then mum got this box, completely in cardboard and without metal staples! She examined it thoroughly… when she does so, I know that maybe, I can have fun with it!

YES! I got it! I tore it all apart to help mum! But this one was a very strong one, I had a lot of work! Almost 10 minutes! That’s a very long time for this skilled cardboard-business-lady! Mum did film quite a bit of it. I think that is boring, but she said that maybe some friends will like it. 😉

And for the friends who are worried: I do not eat the cardboard. I learned to spit it out: just look carefully, you’ll see! 😉 It’s not always easy, it sticks sometimes, but I spit it out! 😉

Newsflash: Caught in the act!… Guilty as charged!

Mum calls this holidays! She was working all morning! Cleaning windows in every room of the apartment. All doors were open to have some air passing through… mums get the picture, this lady thinks! 🙂

So wil my doggie-friends! Time to try something not allowed! 😉 Hahaha! Door of the bedroom is open. That happens more… I can’t go in, I know, unless mum lets me to when she is ironing… I do a few steps. No reaction! Mum is cleaning. Few more steps and hop! ❤

Damnit! Caught! 😦
Mum is not proud at all! 😦

Well, you win one, you lose one… 😉

Mum was so proud of this… “sea-fool”!

As if mum does not have enough fototoots of me… 😉 This morning, she started it again! Fototoot she said! I know the procedure! As quicker as I obey, the faster I get my treats. So this morning I decided to coöperate from the beginning. Even with a very big smile! See pics. Okay I got my treat!

More? Okay. Yes, I will lie down. Mum said, I acted as a real proud lady. Then she called me to get the treat, I came to get it. And only then she saw why I was so alert and proud! After her back, at only a few meters, so real close, a big Rottweiler passed with his dad! Yes, I stayed down without mum knowing that and  warning all the time… Mum was so proud of me afterwards, ❤ I did not get up to say hello to the new friend! 😉 🙂
Bodylanguage in the pics is awesome, mum says. Don’t know what that means, but she smiles, so it must be good! 😉

Good girl, Kita!

This afternoon, we went in town, mum fototooted again! She says the name on the building could be my nickname: zeezot = sea-fool = fou de mer! My nickname??? Hers, yes!
