Running business… on my mum’s head!

Promised you several days ago I would show you my adventures on the beach… But my mum was too much time at the library and I can’t use the tv-typing-machine when she is not supervising. 😦

Quite something! I was running on my mum’s head. 😉 And on her legs too! 🙂
She first did not see it, I had to tell her twice! Look at the pics! You’ll see it!

And then I was looking on the beach and there was another Kita! ❤

Ooooh, and look at the Halloween picture! Mum says I’m lady-Kita-Vampire. I do not know what she means but it must be funny because she really laughs with it! 😉

Action on… sunday!

Today was well filled.

This morning a big run on the beach! Those pics and video are for tomorrow… I’m too tired now! 😉
Then me and mum we thought we should share some colours with you: so we made a colour-fototoot. And no, I’m not in the pics but they are beautiful, these colours, even without me! 🙂

This afternoon, we went to see the football of the human son of my mum’s sister. As always I was a very nice lady and waited patiently (with a bully stick of course!) untill the football-vip arrived. But then: cuddling times! ❤

And now, I’m very tired! Go figure! Not one nap in this whole sunday!!! 😉

4, 700… and 1!

Antwerp, 20th october 2015

Dear grandpa Lennox

Tomorrow, the 21st of october, it will exactly be one year since you left us for the Rainbow Bridge. In my eyes, that’s quite some time ago and I thought I should write you a letter to give you a bit of news! ❤

How are you doing over there? Did you meet all your friends of the dogpark-gang? And did you meet my oversea’s friends who came after you? I asked them all to say hello to you? Well, did they? 😉

And here? That’s quite a story!
We have been very, very busy! All my businesses are a nice success! Running business, inspecting business, water business, fishing business, bunny-chasing business, digging business… you know: I’m a very busy lady. You surely remember that! 😉

Oh, yes, I have to tell you this! You know mum is busy too, you know her! Yes, she still works at the library, but now, at home, she does less reading. What does she do? Well, she is crocheting a lot. Now I have to deal with all kind of new members in the household! Even a copyKita! Go figure! 😉
I add some pics with this letter, you’ll see! Since you are not here anymore, strange things happen!

Oh, my dogness, I can’t forget to tell this: you would have been jealous, my dogness, yes! I get new food these days! We get it in the shop of the human pup! And twice a week I get fresh meat out of the very, very cool box! My dogness, it is a pity you miss this. You should have stayed a bit longer! 😦 You were the eating champion, not me! But mum says, with this meat I get your habits… not too ladylike though! 😦

And this little one does something you never did! 😉 I go on escalators with dad! Go figure! You said I would never dare! You see! Proof is in the pics! And something else!!! I have met mini-buffalo-sheep! No, don’t laugh at me!! We are very good friends. Proof again in the pics. 😉

Yes, we were very busy! When you left for the Bridge, I told 500 stories! One year later, so that’s now, I told 700 stories! Again: proof is in the pics! Yes, grandpa, in four years time I told 700 stories! Seven hundred stories! You don’t believe me? As usual! You did not change a bit! Look for yourself on my storypage! 😉

And we got more then 3000 clicks on post 500! Did you see that from the Bridge? I add the link with all the memories of the two of us… so you can have a look at all those good times! You surely remember them all! ❤
At least, we do! Me, and mum an dad, we often talk about you! Dad often says you were a phenomenal dog, the best dog ever… I agree, if I’m also the best dog ever! 😉 🙂 Let’s put it this way: in this household you were the best doggie-sir ever and I am the best doggie-lady ever! 😉

Grandpa, it’s getting late and it’s bedtime over here. Are you still awake up there, at the Bridge? Anyway: goodnight to you all over there!

Big hugs and wet kisses,

Kita, better known by you as “the little one”

PS Here is the link with all the memories… ❤   Memories

Me?… Having the strangest friends???

Grey mornings on the beach aren’t that bad at all! This morning was grey but I had fun! 🙂

From far away mum can see what I’m up to, she always says! She calls that body language! Whatever: ppssst-language, whistle-languaga, body-language… I don’t care about that! Or maybe a bit about the whistle-language: that means treats! 😉

So, she saw it immediately that I found a new friend to play with! She was taking pics… she sometimes does… accidently… Mum says I have to show the pics: other mums and dads will understand the body language! What on earth is she talking about? 😉

Anyhow: she saw from far away that I was playing with a new friend and she hurried to come and see it! 🙂 And then she filmed! And we did put my friend back where it belongs… that’s what mum wanted!!!! 😦
I was looking for him afterwards, but did not find him!

PS Mum says I also should tell I swallowed a dead very little one like that later on… 😦 Result: end of the grey-morning-fun! On the leash!!!

Walking together with my … mini-buffalo-sheep-friend!

Lot of mornings we do big walks, not to the huge dogpark, but elsewhere. Very often we pass by the house and garden of the mini-buffalo-sheep-friends.

I’m best of friends lately with the mister of the household! ❤
By the way, since a few weeks, there are three of them! 😉
So, the mister walks along with me and mum. But I often have to wait, I’m faster as he is. So I wait for him, just as I waited for my grandpa Lennox! 🙂

Yesterday morning, finally, my mum filmed it. She often said it but she always forgot. But now, you can see it too! 😉

Update-newsflash about… my detective-sniffing-skills!

Really… my dogness, what did they expect?

Last saturday we went to see the human pup in her shop! For the new friends: that’s a pet-shop with good food and treats and toys and coats and… a lot of things. Dad and mum and the human pup were wondering if I could find my own food in the very, very, very cold box! 😉

Really! Go figure! Do they think I am a food-dummie or something? 😉

All around the shop I hear: leave it! Human pup opened the very cool box and said: Choose your food! One sniff, only one sniff and I indicated my food! What did they expect? Tell me! You do not fool around in the food-sniffing-business! You sniff yourself right to the food-goal! ❤

Human pup said: BRAVO! And I got a treat: cake out of her cake box!. Hahaha, this is an easy business! Then I got a lot of presents too, because one week earlier it had been World Animal Day! At home I got a toy and…destroyed in less than a quarter of an hour. I was quite proud of myself, you see that in the pic! 😉 🙂

PS We bought a lot of food and now it is in our own very, very, very cool box!!!!

New adventures for… daddy’s girl! :-)

After lunch at the restaurant (I got a bully stick!!), dad said: let’s go in town. Off we went to the tunnel for pedestrians. Normally we take the elevator, but since a few weeks we know big dogs are allowed on the escalator. Am I a big dog? Yes, I’m even a big airedale! A big airedale lady.
With dad we always go on new adventures. That’s why I’m not only a mummy’s girl, I’m a daddy’s girl too… if you did not know it, you know it now!

Adventure of today? We go down to the tunnel by the escalator! Wow, this is a big one, a long one too! Not one, but two of those to get 31 meters down! My dogness! And it is a wooden one, this escalator. Like it. Nice adventure, dad! Mum was filming with the red thing. You’ll see, I even had time and the guts to do “kiekeboe”= peekaboo with mum! 😉
First 31 meters down, then 31 meters up! Yeey! 🙂

We arrive at the right bank, in the middle of the old town. First we saw a jumble sale. Pics will show you it was interesting, my dogness! Wanted to take some of those things home… no, adventure was not that big! 😦

Strolling around in town, lots of works going on. 😦 The good news: ice cream! ❤
And there was also the man with the “literaire snackbar”. A snackbar with poems on food, about snacks! Man was kind: mum could choose a poem and he was declaiming it to her! See the video!

Back home with the metro… that’s old news… 🙂

PS Mum and dad were very proud about me on the escalator. I really am a lady with a big L, so I’m a… Lady! 😉 Oh yes, and there is one nice picture of the three of us: can you find it?

Forgotten pictures… not forgotten anymore! hahaha!

Well, as you know from the tv-typing-machine, there is somethng with this day and my mum! She is busy. But she said I can keep myself busy – I’m a busy lady! – showing the pictures of my new friends of last weekend! Since I’m talking about that all week, she said: go on! 😉

Well, here they are! But as always: we moved too much and then the red thing is not too kind to make very good pics! Anyway, you can see them! 🙂

Showing off… my catch!!!

Yes mum, I see… a very little bit misty this morning… but we like that, don’t we! Off we go, to the beach. Little bit cold, you say?! Just run a bit, you’ll be warm and your feet will be too!

What? I’m a little too far? I should come? No time, I’m sniffing and fishing! No mum, no time! YES! Got it! Now, I come, and I’ll show you,
Little strange… she does not say I have to drop it… I can go nearer to show her. Still no “Leave it”? That’s great, I can show my catch to everyone… 🙂 Little problem… there is nobody except the seagulls! That’s okay too! 🙂

Look guys, I did catch a fish! Why are you flying away? Are you jealous you don’t have one? Well, just look better, there are plenty today!
My dogness, just stay here, I want to show you! Don’t fly away! 😦

What do you say, mum? Time to go home and have breakfast? I have to leave the fish here for the seagulls so they will have breakfast too? Okay with me… I share… My breakfast is yummier, sssst mum, don’t tell the seagulls… Want to share the fish, but do not want to share my yummie breakfast! 😉

Off we go! Yes, mum, I know, I can be a very good girl… you only don’t see it always! 😉

PS 2 series of pics: one with my catch and one just to share with you… because we think it is lovely, don’t we mum?
