Big news! I met another… airedale lady!

Wednesday! Huge-park-day! And it does not rain, that’s nice!

Well, we just arrived and started walking in the direction of the pond, when we had a big surprise! I saw it first of course and went to have a look!

Yes, yes, it does not happen every day or week or month, but I met an airedale lady: Azeris. Hope I remembered her name well! šŸ˜‰ Her dad and my mum were talking a bit. She comes from France, from Brittany. Azeris is 13,5 years old. That’s like my granduncle Apollo, isn’t it, mum? She is exactly ten years older than me! That makes her a grandpa, no? Like Apollo and my grandpa Lennox!
My dogness, mum, why do you laugh at me? 😦

A grandMa, Kita, a grandMa! She is a lady!

Oooh, don’t laugh at me! I only know grandpa’s, me! (I’m glad grandpa did not hear this stupidity!!!) So she is a grandma, but she is a very pretty grandma and still walking and running! We explored a lot and we even went in the water… Azeris does not swim anymore, she does not wet her belly anymore! I like this grandma-lady. šŸ˜‰ ā¤ Ā

Hope we’ll see her again soon, will we, mum?

I did my best to remember all dales in all times in all situations… just by playing!

Today is the 10330283_10203755921808106_6623497013547792980_n (1)11th of November. Mum says this is a special day. We should remember!Ā

I should remember my ancestors who died in the wars! Mum, what are you talking about? Who is an ancestor? Ooh, it is long-time-ago-family? Where there dales in the war? Helping soldiers! That’s brave and fearless!

And yes, I will remember them! Can I do honour them playing a lot today? Is that a good idea to bring peace?

So we went to the huge dogpark! Lot of friends were there! Sultan was there. Saw him on sunday too! We played and played! šŸ™‚ He is good in the ball-business, he is good in the water-business and he even is good in the digging business! ā¤ Brave guy! That’s all to remember the cestors, mum!

Ancestors, Kita, ancestors!

Later we met little Zora, 7 weeks old! She is a little darling. Afraid of nothing between all this big and even fighting dogs! Peace, gentleman-doggies, peace, please. To honour the cestors, mums says!

Oh, Kita! <sigh>

Today? … I am the gentle giant! :-)

Learned my lesson few days ago… Some doggies are extra large, some are medium, some are small… That means that some days this lady has size Small. 😦 Being the little one! 😦

But some days, like today, I have size XL! Then I am NOT the little one! This morning we went to the little dogpark because we did not have the time to go out for a long time. We went away with the car afterwards… Story for tomorrow.

So we went to the little dogpark nearby. Yes, one of my friends was there! Bianco! Okay, today I am the tall one! šŸ˜‰ I play gently with Bianco, size small! I try to be a gentle giant too! šŸ™‚ This lady always is friendly with little doggies, but today I was a gentle giant-airelady! šŸ˜‰

The little one and… the gentle giants!

Maybe Grandpa was right! Could never figure it out… He always called me the little one. I am taller than he was! When I said so he got angry and always kept calling me the little one.

Maybe, he was right, my grandpa. šŸ˜• This morning we went to the huge dogpark. I was running around and suddenly mum said: Look there Kita! Some new friends for you! Mum was waving her arm to the mum of my new friends and finally that mum saw us! It was a mum of mum’s work! They know each other! šŸ™‚

And there they came… my new friends! Holy dogness! Three giants! Yes, grandpa, I am the little one here and now… šŸ˜‰ But be sure of one thing! You also would have been a little one in this situation! šŸ˜‰

The giants are very friendly, they sniffed and then we played. Jamie, the biggest one, Keara and Kato, the black one: they are very nice and… they like treats, just like me! šŸ™‚
BothĀ ourĀ mums made pics. Mum with the blinking box and the other mum with a big black box. I suppose you need a big box for pics of these gentle giants! šŸ˜‰

Anyhow pics are great.

And my mum filmed us playing! ā¤

A lady? Yes… but… a rebellious one!

Okay, when mum came home late this afternoon I was hungry and I got my dinner all right. Later dan normal, there was a metro-strike… That’s not my business, metro-strikes. I want my dinner in time.

So after dinner I thought I should teach mum and her metro-strikes a little lesson! šŸ˜‰

First rule in the house? Ladies are only allowed to bark when the door bell rings! Not today, when I’m in a rebellious mood I bark at whatever, but not the door bell! Haha, mum was not pleased! She even had the blinking box… That did not please me so I stopped it. Mum won again! She always wins! 😦

Second rule in the house: don’t touch anything on shelfs or cupboards. Grandpa was quite good in that! So I learned from him not to… Today mum was arranging some things and she did put something on a shelf quite near my bed… I wanted to sniff! No! I had to go in the bed, but I did not want to… I stayed beside the bed, looking at that new thing down there. So did mum… looking at me… After more than half an hour, I gave up… mum won again. 😦

What do you say? Oh no, I won’t touch it in the future: I’m a lady! What did you think? An airedale lady? šŸ˜‰ Yesyes, but a well behaved one, although I can be rebellious! šŸ˜‰ Mum says that’s why she loves me: rebellious but well behaving in the end… ā¤ Love my mum too! ā¤ Late dinner and metro-strikes or not! šŸ˜‰

More beach-fun… to show!

Today was a rather dull wednesday. We only went to the little dogpark but mum said I was a good girl! Of course I was, I played with her with the toy! She exercised her throwing-game, so I had to help a little…

But I have still a few exciting things from the seaside to show! I found a bucket! That was great! And later, I fell in a kind of well or hole… mum did not get the blinking thing ready to get that! hahaha! But I examined the other ‘wells’… Strange! Did not dare to dig…

Beach… and training? Difficult!

So we were at the seaside this weekend. Today mum is back at her library and I can tell about my adventures.

When we are at the beach, we sometimes play a game my mum calls “training”. She says it is something we need doing regularly so that I won’t forget! Sometimes mum is a bit silly: aireladies NEVER forget! Wich does not mean that aireladies always want to play that game she calls training! šŸ˜‰ Life can be more interesting then mum’s games, surely at the beach! šŸ˜‰

That’s why we need doing it, Kita!

So last weekend there were a lot of children and people and doggies… so very interesting! And exactly then, mum wants to play her game! I can assure you that when she decided to play the training-game, then you better get serious or you get in big trouble in stead of earning treats.

Okay, game can be fun when I do it good! Then mum often says I’m a good girl and I get some treats! And… mum filmed me being good! That’s what I want to show you. šŸ™‚ Of course… and really, there were no bloopers this time: I was a good girl! šŸ™‚

Some changes to tell about…

Dear grandpa Lennox

Yes, it’s the little one calling!
I have some news to tell you about, I like to keep you informed, you know!

There is the whole story about the beds… One is high up, with mum’s fluffies in it! That’s special!
But there is that other one, the orthopedic bed, for your old bones. And me, I got the same, but a little one. Yes, a little one for the little one. šŸ˜‰
I asked mum and dad if I could sleep in yours… as I already did. I only had to bark once and you got out and give me the place. Well, they agreed. They did put the little one elsewhere (near the big table) and now I’m in your big bed! Mum says you agree from there on the Bridge, having a huge comfy bed over there!

And then, there is that other news… maybe you’ll be a bit angry about it. Remember you always said there’s only one boss? And then you did not obey mum when dad was around, you obeyed her very well when dad was not at home. You said I had to follow that rule… but the contrary… I should obey mum and not dad when mum is around and I always obey dad when mum is in her library.
Well, this lady decided otherwise: I obey both now when both are around and I even got to play your game on the beach, obeying both of them! Don’t be too angry because I followed your rule number one: always go for treats! You always said that was the number 1-rule! Hope all this is all right with you, but I’m quite sure about that! šŸ˜‰ In the end, you always agreed with this little one… And some things never change, mum says!Ā

Big hugs from the little one. ā¤

Kita

PS I asked mum to add some pics and a short video.

Halloween-Kita meets… another king: Elvis!

These days are so busy! We came to the seaside, oh yes, mum has some holidays! Yesterday evening, it was time to say Hallo! And to do scary things, mum says. Well, mum and me (grandpa, you see it?), we don’t like scary Hallo’s!Ā

So we went to the beach and we did that in a safe and not scary way! Mum’s human pup brought me something from her petshop: another collar with lights, but a special one. This one needs the tv-typing-machine to give light! Mum thinks that is awesome and handy! šŸ™‚ I supervised everything!
So mum saw me running on the beach, that means: she saw the light! Not me. (see video!) I did not go too far though. šŸ˜‰ Mum had no collar. 😦
Some kids called me a Hallo-something-dog! Mum, I’m not scary, am I? 😦

In the morning I got up quite early and before breakfast I went for a walk with my dad! Before noon, I did some running on the beach with mum and at noon we went to the restaurant! On our way to that place we met another king: Elvis! My mum and dad were talking with their mum and dad. They were talking about grandpa and about another labrador who is at the Bridge too! A chocolate one, a sweetie! We saw a pic! šŸ™‚ All mums and dads were talking about how much they love their doggies.

And we? The king and the lady (grandpa, you pay attention???) were playing! We get along very well! ā¤ Ā Maybe we’ll meet them one of these days on the beach, won’t we mum? Then we can run and run and run! šŸ™‚Ā
