Morning walk today!! Goes like this!

Mum, we live in a beautiful town, don’t we?

Yes, Kita, we do!

Look at the right bank! Cathedral, Boerentoren, Oudaan, and at the other side: the MAS. Look how beautiful! All this very high buildings!

Kita, I don’t see anything! Too much fog!

Mum, but look, I can see it all! You should look better! I even can smell the river! I know your nose is not as good as mine, but your eyes are all right! You even have a second pair of eyes on your nose!

Kita, too much fog! Nothing to see!

Mum, don’t act as a stubborn airedale. Just look! Now! Mum, now!

Kita, stop it, I can’t see the cathedral. Too much fog!

Well, clean those second pair of eyes!

Then I did ignore her and went to the flowers… In the end, I think she saw something because she got the blinking thing ready and made some pics! I even went on ignoring, no posing today! What is she saying? She will prove to all my friends she is right and not me? My dogness, what a stubborness! 😉

Yesterday morning was great! Morning walk was great. We did not go to the huge dogpark, but we went near river Scheldt. Love that too! And yesterday, my wood-business was terrific! Thanks to the city-gardeners who did a lot of work. It’s spring here, you know. Early in spring, and then wood-business is the trend! 

Most spectacular?! City-gardeners left all the wood for me to inspect. They know this city-lady has wood-skills! And experience! 😉 Had quite some work to do though! But in the end I was really satisfied and happy! Great work done!

For a saturday morning we were very early at the dogpark. I was up early, so mum was up early too! ( 😦 )

At first there were no friends, so I was running around, found a ball and inspected some holes. Think I have to find an interim inspector for the holes, to replace me in this business… It’s not my cup of tea, really not. 😦
That’s what mum says, she laughed and filmed… I think ball-business is more like me… 🙂

Big news! I was on a holiday for two days at holiday mum’s place! Great days! My dogness! There were two other friends: bossy Jess and retriever Nugget! Bossy or not, I played a lot with Jess and a lot with Nugget too! 

No, mum, the orange pig already was in this condition, I only got the squeek out of the grey pig… and I was not alone to defluf it! Believe me! And Nugget and me changed bowls for dinner monday night! Liked her food but I got a little diarrhea of it, just a tiny bit. 😦 Next time we did not change bowls! 😉

And we slept on the couch, all together in one big tangle, holiday mum told so to my mum! Yes mum, I know: on the couch is just for holidays: not at home.

Oh yes, and we went to the tree-dogpark to see my old friends. I climbed in my tree only one time, I’m out of the tree-business, remember?!

Nugget and me tried to get in the birds house when holiday mum was there… No luck, we couldn’t! But we ran in and out the house, got sticks in and chewed on it… All the place ful of stick-pieces! And we did a lot of bitey face!!!! Listen, mum, we had lots of fun. When is next time? You don’t know yet? 😦

And now… need holidays to have some rest! In my own little house! 😉 Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

This week we went to the huge dogpark several times, but not to the water business part. Mum’s back was aching a bit and then she will not put on the water business boots. She needs good stepping shoes to make it less worse, the aching.

So we stayed in the dry part. We went in the part we did not visit before! I did a lot of running and exploring! And… I decided to start a new business! I’m inspecting the woods! Needs to be done too, you know! Mum did less distance, but I did more than enough for both of us. We even played hide and seek! I disappeared and mum waited and then I appeared again! Fun! Really fun! On WWW-day she made a video and pics! 😉

Saturday was a busy day! In the morning we went to the huge dogpark and the cracking water. In the afternoon we went shopping! Yes, yes, yes… That’s what a lady really likes, you know! Surely if we go to the shop of mum’s human pup! Oh yes!

It is a little bit far away, we go there by car. About 30 kms = 18,6 miles. You see, we can’t do that with our paws alone! Big “malchance” as the French say: we ended up in a traffic jam. 😦 But my dad he knows how to drive anywhere so we left the highway and took small streets and we got there! 🙂 Yihaa! Love my dad! ❤

So mum made a list of all the things we needed, at least: all the things this lady needs! My food: 2 different kinds that mum mixes and then she adds green beans too. But human pup does not sell beans! 😉
Than I need, or no, mum needs poop-bags, yes for my poop but I’m the one dropping, not cleaning up!
Nicest part: the treats! Lots of treats!
Lots of buffalo treats! 🙂
And chicken treats! Yes! 🙂
And long bully sticks!!! 🙂
And the nice dry snacks! 🙂
Oh, and two of those special teeth cleaning treats! 😉

Yes, mum, all this!!! What? Not all for today? This is for more than a month??? You must be kidding! What? I’m spoiled? You are kidding again!
No, I will not smile for the blinking thing. I’m near all those treats and I can not touch them! I will not smile! But I’ll cuddle with the human pup, she has all the treats in her shop, you see?!! 😉

One moment mum is talking about spring, the other moment it seems winter… At noon, it is spring, early in the morning it is winter…
That’s how I understand it! This morning we were in the dogpark rather early for a saturday! No friends to play with, but…

Huge dogpark has a lot of little lakes, water business is fine these days… only this morning water was hiding again but I found it! That was fun! It made nice noises! I passed by all the little lakes to look for the water! 🙂 Tried to eat some of the hard water too… Mum was not too pleased about that but she loved the cracking! 😉

Come on, mum, we go to the river Scheldt, we’ve been to the huge dogpark this morning. Let’s have a nice afternoon walk! Yes, she agrees! Weather is fine, look spring is in the air: little flowers in the grass! 🙂 ❤

Mum, mum, look, tide is low. Let’s go to the river. Further, mum, come on. What? You don’t dare? You are a softie and a bit of a coward! What? Water makes the stones slippery? You’ll fall? I don’t fall, I want to go to the water. What? Water is dirty? Not clean as in the huge dogpark? Never mind: we have the paw plunger for my dirty paws! You’re Nike’s are to pricey to go in the dirty water? Wet feet? Mum, you really are a softie! Woof wafwoofwaf!
Next time you’ll bring a long leash and I can go to the water? When will that be? 😦

That says it all! Because of the rain, I was not interested in the water business today! What does mum say? I’m a liar?… Okay, I start again: I was not interested in the water business today, because… I had other business to keep me occupied! Ball business!
I found a tennisball in the huge dogpark and later – when I lost the ball!! – I met two little doggies!

PS Strange thing too! At a certain moment it was raining and at the same time there was sunshine! Devils have a party, we say in Dutch!
