Oooh!???… Two more dales in the house?

If you ask me… the aire-family is not only an aire-family… It is also a parcel-family! Oh yes! On mondays mum has to work very late, till 20.00! So she comes home late! But there was another surprise for her! A parcel, again!

This time it did not come from so very far away! It comes from the country of the silent-wednesday-gang! Oh yes! I think that’s pretty far away, we can’t go there for a walk! So there was this parcel! In the parcel, nicely wrapped in very special paper, there were two airedales! Tell me!!! Two airedales in a dogpark with lots of poppies! That’s confusing, I already explained that… (for those who missed it: https://everydayanairedale.com/2013/07/13/poppies-poppie-poem/)

And mum wanted me on the picture with those two dales! Okay, mum, I’ll come up… Did not work that good. but she has a pic! 😉 She should not complain! 😉

Mum is very happy with the two airedales and the poppies! She loves them! 🙂 And now we show them to all of you! Mum says thank you to the airedale-mum who made them!!

Newsflash! Lady Kita becomes… une vraie Française!

Mano, I was in France, but I didn’t see you! Grandpa laughs, he says I had still 800 kms to go further to our friend Mano! Ohhh, so…

Anyway, I was in France, yesterday! Grandpa did not come, he needed his rest after the training of earlier this week. Mum and dad needed papers out of a machine, a big one! A nice sir did help a bit… he even did not pay attention at this lady. He was in a bit of a hurry! The big machine was in the railwaystation, mum said… What’s that? Oh, the train-place! Yes, I know about that. We have a big one in Antwerp too! One of the 14 most beautiful train-places in the whole world! We are on number six in the British list. You don’t believe me? Just look!  http://nl.metrotime.be/2014/04/21/featured/de-14-mooiste-treinstations-ter-wereld/
N
ewsweek in the States did put us on number four in their list! Which list you take, we are always in the first ten! 🙂

But I was talking about France! Mum says I will become a real French lady, all these times I already went to France, by car and on foot!
They have nice flowers in France and a nice little harbour too… We did not visit the big harbour… grandpa was waiting, waiting for his dinner… Can’t come too late, can we?

Olympics!… Here we come!

We are champions, we really are! Mind my words! We go to the Olympics and we’re going to participate in the relay run! Mum says we must be joking… Why? She says doggies are not allowed! Doggies no, but airedales and labradors??? They are allowed, no? Mum says no! My dogness, how stupid! We should start a petition to organise recreative-fun-Olympics for doggies!

Anyway, my macho grandpa always says he was a good runner in his younger days and yesterday he said, maybe a little overconfident, that he still is! At 14 years, 11 months and 1 week!!! And he said he would show it too! He said we would do a relay run.
I really did not know what he was talking about, I only understood: run. That’s what I can, yes, but him? He said he would show and explain, mum and dad learned him that when he was younger: the relay run!

So he did! My dogness! Took a while before I understood, I run everywhere normally, but yes, we did a lot of training! Guess that we’ll be ready when they organise recreative-fun-Olympics for doggies. Won’t we, grandpa Lennox?

Anyway: we got already our medals yesterday! Chicken treats and fish treats! Lennox got double treats! 🙂 We snored all evening and grandpa says: no training today! Next training? Only next week? 😦

Dinner.. at Kita’s place…

Breakfast… I do not like it that much… Grandpa likes everything that can be eaten: breakfast, lunch, dinner, treats, grass… whatever.

Me, I prefer dinner! Me, as a real lady I enjoy dinner. Me, I taste what I eat, I’m a mindful lady… Let’s not talk about grandpa today! Just watch him: I have my doubts that he does taste anything, eating that quickly! 😉

Hey you, young lady! Talk about yourself or shut up!

Don’t call me a liar, they’ll all see and hear it in the movie! 😉
